Every morning from 7:30am to 9:30am, there will be a hot, homemade full breakfast, waiting for you.It will consist of your choice of farm fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, cinnamon French toast, cereals, juices, milk, tea, and fresh brewed coffee.
If you are looking for some privacy, there are tables for 2, or if you prefer, in-room service can be arranged.

If you are coming from Canada:
- Follow the QEW to the 420 Hwy
- Take the 420 Hwy to the last cut off which is Falls Avenue
- At the first intersection turn left onto Clifton Hill
- At first intersection make left onto River Road (Niagara Parkway)
- Take River Road to Zimmerman Avenue
- The fourth house on your left is Villa Gardenia bed and breakfast Niagara Falls
From US Crossing over the Peace Bridge:
- Follow directions to Buffalo, NY
- Cross the Peace Bridge into Canada
- Turn right immediately, to get off the bridge area
- Turn right again, you will then hit the Niagara River Parkway
- The river will be on your right hand side, follow the road to the Falls
- As soon as you pass the Falls, the road will change its' name to River Road
- Take River Road to Zimmerman Avenue
- Make a left on Zimmerman Avenue

From Detroit/Windsor:
- Cross the Ambassador Bridge and follow Huron Church Road to Hwy 3
- Follow Hwy 3 to Hwy 401 East
- Follow Hwy 401 East to Hwy 403 East

- Follow QEW Niagara to Hwy 420
- Take the 420 Hwy to the last cut off which is Falls Avenue
