Visiting Peller EstatesPeller Estates is a grand property with the main building that looks
like a French chateau,

enter the winery you'll see the luxury
setting it offers, starting with the main entrance and high class
setting, wood paneling, fireplace, chandeliers, sweeping staircases and
cozy
upholstery seating.

from simple wine tasting, tasting out in the vineyard, 6-course Barrel
Cellar Dinner, hands-on experience with the stemware and decanting, to
learning how Icewine can be used in food preparation and the art of
pairing wine and the food.
At the Peller's comprehensive gift shop and wine boutique,
variety of red and
white wines are available for an affordable price from $10 to $40,
while for some special wines, like Icewine, you have to pay even $100.

Peller
Estates winery offers several tours with seminars where you
can participate in classes on
pairing food and wine, culinary demonstrations and study of stemware.
Wine
tours at Peller Estates winery are available year-round and for a small
fee, around $5, with two wine tasting of their popular VQA
wines included. For a special wine tasting, including Icewine, there is
also
an additional charge.
Wine weekend in winter, during Icewine harvest, is specially
designed winery tour for wine lovers. It is called Peller Estates
Intense Icewine Weekend, and it takes place at the end of the January
giving you the incredible opportunity to learn about Icewine-making
process, try the different kind of this Niagara jewel, and have
memorable Niagara weekend.
The tour will also take you through
the vineyard experience, vineyard lunch while over-viewing the
perfect landscape, tasting award winning wines, visiting
Icewine-making facilities to see and taste freshly pressed Icewine
grapes, romantic dinner...

To try a local Niagara cuisine and find the perfect match between wine
and
the delicious food with local ingredients, Peller winery restaurant is
the ideal place.
As the Peller Estates is nestled amongst rows
of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines, its restaurant is an upscale dining
place that looks out the vineyards. If you don't know anything about
wines, don't worry, as their staff is very knowledgeable and trained in
wine
tasting. They will help you in selecting and pairing the wine.
Even being at the top end of the price scale, the restaurant is worth
trying.
It doesn't matter what is the season when visiting the winery or dining
at the
restaurant, restaurant's chef is responsible for ever-changing menu with
local ingredients, their own wines, so it can complement the season.
And
there are several dining experiences/packages you can select: Weekend

can buy Peller's VQA quality wines at the winery, online or in one of
over 100 wine locations, including LCBO stores. Peller offers three
wine series: Family with the prices around $10, Private reserve from
$15 to $25 and Signature series which are more expensive.

It
is very easy to find the Peller winery. If you have stayed in Niagara
on
the Lake, there is a bus shuttle available that will take you
to the winery.
The best time to visit the winery and its
vineyards is always during the summer when the business hours are
extended. Visiting wineries during the winter time is something unique,
especially when celebrating the Icewine harvest and during many wine
festivals
and events.
