In either direction Niagara Toronto or Toronto Niagara, you have two departures per day to choose from, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon.
The train that leaves Toronto in the morning continues on to the US, traveling through Buffalo to New York. On the way back, it leaves New York in the morning and arrives in Niagara Falls in late afternoon and in Toronto in the early evening.
