If you are situated in one of the hotels or motels in Niagara
Falls, Canada, and planning to spend the majority of your time there, then
you can skip this attraction
since Marineland
is more convenient.
Aquarium of
Niagara
Falls is quite small. You will need not more than 1-2 hours
to
see all the animals and shows. Since the aquarium is so small, your kids will be
occupied with
the activities and many small shows and attractions around.
If
the weather in Niagara Falls is not OK for your outdoor
activities or to visit different attractions, the aquarium is a perfect
spot for you and your family and time to spend together.
What is great about this aquarium is the
fact that most of the animals are rescued. Right after you enter the
aquarium, you will find few harbor seals, with each biography that
provides and reveals some upsetting injuries they suffered from.
What a shame.
Every
90 minutes there are marine demonstrations where you can watch sea
lions'
performance. You can also interact with these great animals, feeding
them.
Niagara Falls aquarium allows you to
interact with some of the animals.
Here is the schedule of the performances available.
