Clifton Hill
Center of Entertainment and Fun

Clifton Hill entertainment
district
Since
it can be very crowded
there, and due to insufficient number of parking spaces, our
recommendation is to visit Clifton complex, by walking. And
you
must go through it, just to say you have
visited all Niagara Falls.
Busy Street
The most
often scenario you will see down
there is that people will spend hours admiring Niagara Falls and great
scenery it offers, and make tons of pictures of Niagara Falls
at the same time.
Next stop will be one of the great Niagara Falls
Attractions, Journey
Behind the Falls, located bellow Table Rock Center.
On your way toward the city, Maid
of the Mist is next attraction you don't want to
miss. And you will see why.
Once
done there, you will start looking, either for a restaurant or
entertainment. Right at the corner of Clifton Hill street
and
Falls Avenue, your exploration will start.
A trip to Clifton entertainment area does
not require too much planning.
If you are looking for a family
restaurant, either turn right on Falls Avenue, toward Planet
Hollywood, or continue walking. Behind the Sheraton Niagara Falls
is an amazing theme based family
restaurant, Rainforest
Cafe.
For music lovers, Hard Rock Cafe can be
your choice and Hershey's store and Coca Cola store for treats. The old
Casino
Niagara Falls is located there also, in Falls Avenue.

Lots of fun at Clifton Hill
Clifton
street as a major promenade, is full of small, but cheap
attractions like:
- Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum
- Guinness World Records Museum
- Movieland Wax Museum of Stars
- The House of Frankenstein
- Screamers House located in Victoria Avenue
- Horrors and Nightmares Fear Factory located in
Victoria Avenue
- Tight-rope walker Charles Blondin
- Niagara SkyWheel Ferris wheel
- Dinosaur Park mini Golf, Galaxy Golf
...majority
of these attractions are side to side, and the best time to
visit them are summer months.
SkyWheel
- restaurants
(Kelsey's, Ruby Tuesday, Dairy Queen, Wendy's, Burger King, Tim
Hortons, Montana's Cookhouse, Boston Pizza, Rainforest Cafe, Mama
Mia, Hard Rock Cafe Niagara, Planet Hollywood, Pizza Pizza,
Wolfgang Puck Restaurant...)
- and many souvenir and gift shops

Bender street
The good
thing is, there is something for everybody, where the
youngest will enjoy the most. For families and teenagers, Clifton Hill
is a
major amusement area and center
for nightlife. This is the reason why there are many motels
and Inns around this area.
Since
Niagara has so many places to see and visit in not that big
area,
this place is probably a leader of tourist attractions in
Canada.
